February Networking
Our first networking event of 2016 will be held as follow:
When: Wednesday February 24 7:45am – 9am
Where: Bocconcini, Vincent St Daylesford
Who: Everyone is welcome to come and network and enjoy a great breakfast. We will have a special guest, Commercial Lawyer Marianne Dunham who will have a chat with us about aspects of intellectual property and commercial law.

Resource efficiency – for businesses
We offer grants to eligible business (employing fewer than 200 people with some additional eligibility criteria for businesses having fewer than 20 employees), to cover 50% of the cost to engage a consultant to conduct a resource assessment of your operations. NB: previous resource assessments at more than 100 Victorian businesses show average potential savings of 20% for energy, and 20-30% for materials.
Grants are capped at $5,000 for an energy assessment and $10,000 for a materials (or combined materials and energy) assessment. A $3000 implementation support bonus is available if you implement one or more recommendations from the assessment.
NOTE NEW closing dates:
For energy assessments: 31 March 2016.
For materials assessments (or combined material and energy assessments): 13 May 2016.
